Trehab Community Action Agency- Workforce Development, Mildred Office

Trehab’s Workforce Development office in Sullivan County serves as the county’s PA CareerLink® Affiliate site and is the primary provider of workforce services in the area. Located within the Trehab Sullivan County Food Bank, our office helps connect individuals and families to employment, training, and career pathway opportunities. Through WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) programs and individualized career services, we assist job seekers with career exploration, resume development, interview preparation, skills assessments, training referrals, and supportive services. As the only workforce provider physically located in Sullivan County, we play a critical role in ensuring residents have access to the same employment and training resources available throughout the Northern Tier. Our location within the Food Bank strengthens our ability to support individuals holistically — addressing employment goals while understanding the real-life barriers many rural families face.
