Trehab Community Action Agency- Workforce Development, Wellsboro Office

Trehab’s Workforce Development office in Tioga County supports individuals and families as they explore career options, gain new skills, and connect with local employment opportunities. We work closely with the Northern Tier Workforce Development Board, PA CareerLink®, area employers, training providers, and community partners to strengthen the local workforce. Through programs such as WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act) and EARN (Employment, Advancement, and Retention Network), our team helps job seekers identify career goals, develop resumes and interview skills, access training or certifications, and overcome barriers to employment. We provide one-on-one guidance, ongoing coaching, and supportive services to help individuals move toward long-term career success. Our Tioga County office plays an important role in supporting local businesses by preparing job-ready candidates and connecting employers with qualified workers.
