DESCRIPTION

Representatives from Solid Ground Services, Inc will share what it’s like to own and operate a successful business in today’s workforce. Students will learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of running a company, the skills needed to succeed, and the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. The presentation will also highlight the wide range of occupations within the business—from equipment operators and laborers to project managers, safety specialists, and administrative roles—showing students the many career paths available in the industry. In addition, per request, representatives from these various positions will be available to speak directly with students about their jobs and career paths, giving them real insight into the industry.
