Work experience opportunities with Pathways, Inc. provide students with hands-on exposure to the workplace in a more structured and skill-building role. Students may support staff in program operations, client services, or office functions while learning about day-to-day responsibilities within the organization. Under staff supervision, students gain practical experience, build workplace confidence, and explore how their interests align with careers in human services, behavioral health, and support services.
