To provide the best possible education, guidance and training to those members of the community, youth as well as adults, who may be at risk of not maintaining a reasonable standard of living and who have been unable to acquire these necessary skills through traditional channels.

Requirements for Career Opportunities at your School: Bradford County Action (BCA) works with youth and adults age 14 and over to engage them in positive, work based learning experiences designed to assist them in succeeding in their careers. BCA provides opportunities for academic activities (such as GED completion and adult basic education skills), career interest inventories, job shadowing, post secondary training, paid work placements, On The Job training placements, job search/employment and follow up services. BCA provides services and support to both in and out of school youth as well as adults and dislocated workers. We work with all learning styles and abilities and make sure our services are tailored to help youth and adults succeed in the real world workforce.
