Through a career mentoring experience, students are paired with a professional at Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center who provides guidance, encouragement, and career insight over a designated period of time. Mentors help students explore career pathways, understand educational requirements, set goals, and develop workplace readiness skills. This relationship-based experience fosters confidence, professional growth, and informed decision-making about future healthcare careers.
