DESCRIPTION

A job shadow at Bradford Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides students with the opportunity to observe a healthcare professional or department team member during a typical workday. Students will gain insight into daily responsibilities, workplace expectations, patient interactions, and the skills required for success in long-term care. This short-term experience allows students to ask questions, observe teamwork in action, and better understand both clinical and non-clinical roles within a skilled nursing facility.
