DESCRIPTION

Bradford County Action (BCA) offers limited work experience opportunities for students to learn about employability skills and implement those skills on-the-job. A work experience can be paid or unpaid, is usually part-time, and can occur during the summer or school year. Students will work with BCA staff to identify an appropriate work schedule and will be expected to be on time each day they are scheduled to work. Students participating in a work experience opportunity at BCA should be prepared to dress business-casual (no jeans or sneakers) each day they are scheduled to be in the office. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave that is available to students during their work experience.
